Last week I weighed in and had gained two ounces so I was
re motivated this week. I kicked it up a notch on the
exercise and I stayed away from late night snacks a little better and sure enough this week I am down three pounds and! Very exciting now this week I will shoot for two pounds :) I am almost half way to my goal
weight so as soon as I hit it I am going to post half way pictures. Good luck this week to every one else!
